Walk in and choose from hundreds of ceramic items that we have available in store. Not an artist? That’s o.k. We pride ourselves in teaching our customers fun and easy ceramic techniques that anyone can do. Come in and try painting with bubbles, yarn, screen prints and more. No reservation needed.
Ceramic projects start at $14 and up with the average project costing between $21 – $25. Affordable pricing with no hidden fees. All you pay is the price of the ceramic. Includes paints, supplies, use of tools, glazing and firing of the piece.
Art Escape is a great place to relax and have creative fun. In addition to expert assistance from our staff, you have access to our Idea Center. The Idea Center is full of paint brushes, writer bottles, tape, pencils, tracing paper, stickers, stamps, sponges, screen prints, bubble painting supplies and anything else you need to let your inner artist out!
Ceramics are fired weekly and ready for pick up the following week on Thursday. Want it sooner? Check out our vacation option. Kiln glaze is non-toxic, kid friendly and does not stain clothing.
We’ve got you covered. Everything in the studio except dinnerware can be painted in acrylics and taken home the same day. These items are for decorative use only.
Want it fired and food safe? Can’t wait till the following week on Thursday to pick up? If you prefer kiln fired and food safe items we can usually offer a fast fire option. We charge $25 to fire the kiln early (Cost of electricity). We will fire your entire groups pieces that night! With fast fire we can have your projects ready for pick up in 3 days. Please double check ahead of time that this option is available for the day you would like to visit.
We encourage people painting ceramics or canvas to bring their own food and beverages including adult beverages. So grab some food and drinks and head to Art Escape. We ask walk in guests to keep food and drinks at their painting table. Please bring any cups, napkins, plates or silverware you need. If you would like to bring a crock pot or large amount of food please book a Private event. Booking a private event includes extra tables for food and drinks. In a hurry? We sell soda and snacks for $1 and have a wine bottle opener for anyone who needs one.
