Class Rebooking Policy

We have a strict no-refund policy, but we understand that life happens. Here’s how we handle cancellations and rescheduling:

Ceramic Classes:

• Cancel at least 2 hours before your class, and we’ll set your ceramic item aside for you to paint later. We’ll hold it for up to 30 days. After that, the item and payment will be forfeited.
• If you need to cancel within 2 hours, you can send a friend in your place—just have them provide your name when they arrive.

Pottery Wheel Classes:

• Cancel at least 72 hours before your class, and we’ll reschedule it to another available date. You must provide the new date at the time of rescheduling.
• If you need to reschedule between 72-2 hours before the class, there’s a $20 rescheduling fee per person.
• If you cancel within 2 hours of the class start time, no reschedule is allowed. However, you can always send a friend in your place—just have them provide your name when they arrive.

General Workshops (Fused Glass, Canvas, etc.):

• Cancel at least 72 hours before your class, and we’ll provide a one-time use rescheduling code that you can redeem to rebook another class with us, up to the same value as the original booking. The code will be valid for 6 months from the original class date.
• If you need to cancel between 72-2 hours before your class, you will receive a rescheduling code for 50% of what was paid towards your next booking.
• If you cancel within 2 hours of the class start time, or if you don’t show up, there will be no rebooking or reschedule options. However, you can always send a friend in your place—just have them provide your name when they arrive.

General Notes for All Classes:

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, you’ll receive a rebooking code for a future class.
• No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours are not eligible for rescheduling or rebooking.

All sales are final. No refunds or account credits. We understand things come up like weather, illness etc. We are happy to re-schedule your event if notified at least 72 hours ahead of time.  You must choose from dates available for us to be able to move the event. You may be asked to do the same project if supplies have been purchased or canvases traced. You are not considered cancelled until you receive confirmation back from us. If you are not able to choose a date to re-schedule you would lose the payment.

No shows will not be given a credit or the ability to move to another date. We consider someone a no show if they do not arrive after 30 minutes of event start time. We reserve the right to cancel an event due to weather. We do not usually cancel events for weather but if we do you will be asked to choose another date. Please dress for mess: class can get a little messy but, hey that is part of the artistic fun.  Please cancel by calling.

Fired Ceramics: Ready the following week on Thursday. We do have acrylics that can be taken home the same day.

Flat Fused Glass projects: The following week on Friday

Shaped or slumped Fused Glass: Ready in 14 days.

Blown Glass: Ready the following day at 4pm if choosing all watering globes. If ornaments are chosen, they will be ready the following week on Friday.

Yes, we allow outside food and beverages. We ask walk in guests to keep food and drinks at their painting table. Please bring any cups, napkins, plates or silverware you need. We do not have room for crock pots or large amount of food. Booking a private event includes extra tables for food and drinks. In a hurry? We sell soda, water and snacks for anyone who needs one! 

Due to limited space, all pieces will be held for 90 days from the date they were painted (date on your receipt). If it has been longer than 90 days, you are always welcome to check to see if we still have your project. 

Walk in and browse our selection of ceramics and predrawn canvases.  Call us boredom professionals – we know all too well the struggle of trying to keep kids busy when there’s no school.  We’ve created options so you can spend time with family and friends being creative at home.

Projects include paint.  (Brushes Sold Separately)  All projects have a choice of kiln fired or non-fired acrylic based painting choices so your items don’t need to be returned to the studio to be fired.
