About Art Escape
As a veteran-owned family business, we believe the best part of art isn’t the finished piece. It’s the quality time spent together and the stories told while you create.
As a veteran-owned family business, we believe the best part of art isn’t the finished piece. It’s the quality time spent together and the stories told while you create.
Art Escape was born from the belief that creativity doesn’t need to be complicated to be meaningful. As a family owned business, we know that the most valuable thing you make here isn’t just the art, it’s the memory of the time you spent together.
This studio was designed for real life: for busy families, quiet afternoons, and the kind of laughter that only happens when you finally unplug. We want you to enjoy every moment of the process, ensuring that the time spent at the table is just as rewarding as the piece you take home.
Our studio is a relaxing, colorful retreat for friends and family, the kind of place where you can take a deep breath the moment you walk through the door. It’s a low-pressure environment where the sounds of friendly conversation and our hand-picked studio playlist help your mind finally slow down.
We believe art should be easy, so we’re always here to help guide your project and provide a helping hand to ensure you love what you create. You’ll walk away with a piece you’re proud of and the memory of a beautiful afternoon spent together.
You don’t need to be artistic to enjoy your time here. You don’t need a plan, or to know what you’re making before you arrive.
On any given day, you’ll see people working at their own pace. Some are focused and quiet. Some are talking and laughing. Projects are always at different stages, and that’s completely normal.
We’re here if you have questions, and happy to help if you want it. If you don’t, that’s okay too. This is your time.
There’s no wrong way to create here.
Art Escape has been our life’s work since we built it from the ground up in 2007. We’re here most days, working alongside our team and welcoming neighbors into the space we created for our community to connect.
That family connection is at the heart of everything we do. Our oldest son still contributes from the Air Force by 3D printing custom clay rollers, while our youngest, Justin, is often in the studio painting new samples and sharing a laugh with customers. This isn’t just a business—it’s our way of helping you slow down, create, and be treated like family.
