A Few Things to Know Before We Get Started
Every off-site event is planned personally, so a few details help us make sure your date, staff, and supplies are reserved just for you.
Reserving Your Date
To lock in your event date, a deposit is required. This allows us to schedule staff, prepare materials, and reserve time specifically for your group.
For most events, the travel fee serves as the non-refundable deposit.
Travel & Setup
Off-site events include travel, setup, and cleanup. Travel is calculated at $1.50 per mile round trip, with a $57 minimum.
Larger events or longer distances may require a larger deposit, which we’ll discuss during planning.
Group Size & Scheduling
Off-site events have a 15-person minimum. Availability is based on group size, location, and our in-studio schedule.
Payment Details
We work with schools, organizations, and private groups that all have different payment processes.
Payment timing and method will be discussed during planning so everything works smoothly for everyone involved.
